I use a holistic, responsive, and developmentally informed approach to sleep support. I do not guarantee overnight results or that you child will sleep through in a set number of days. Sleep is influenced by development, temperament, health, environment, and consistency. Because of this, timelines vary from family to family. Sustainable progress takes patience and partnership. I look at the full picture, including

  • Your child’s age and developmental stage 

  • Temperament and personality 

  • Feeding and nutrition 

  • Daily rhythms and nap structure 

  • Sleep environment
