It also includes ongoing support from me throughout — because I know that consistency is the hardest part, and it's almost impossible when you're running on no sleep and doing it alone.
My approach is completely holistic. We look at your baby's sleep, yes — but we also look at you. Your mental health. Your support network. What you need to feel confident and capable.
