1. Services Provided
Little Willow Sleep Consultancy provides holistic infant sleep coaching and support. Services include consultations, personalised sleep plans, follow-up support, and educational guidance for parents and caregivers. Sleep coaching is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from a GP, health visitor, pediatrician, or other qualified healthcare professional.
2. Client Responsibility
Parents and caregivers remain fully responsible for their child’s wellbeing at all times. You agree to:
• Provide accurate and honest information about your baby’s health, development, and routines
• Consult a healthcare professional if there are any medical concerns
• Use your own judgement when implementing sleep recommendations All strategies are suggestions only and should be adapted to suit your baby and family.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Little Willow Sleep does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. If your baby has reflux, allergies, weight concerns, developmental delays, or other medical conditions, you must seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before implementing sleep changes.
4. Payment Terms
• Full payment is required in advance to secure your booking.
• Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change at any time.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
• Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
6. Support Periods
Support is provided strictly in accordance with the duration and level of service specified in your selected package.

Support requested outside of the stated hours or beyond the agreed support period will not be provided unless agreed in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
7. Results Disclaimer
Every baby is unique. While many families see positive improvements, results are not guaranteed. Sleep progress depends on multiple factors including consistency, baby development, health, and family circumstances.
8. Communication Boundaries
• Support is offered during normal working hours unless otherwise stated.
• Responses to emails/messages are typically provided within 24–48 working hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Emergency medical concerns should be directed to appropriate healthcare services.
9. Intellectual Property
All sleep plans, guides, and materials provided by Little Willow Sleep are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
10. Confidentiality
All personal information shared is kept confidential and handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Information will never be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Little Willow Sleep Consultancy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use of sleep coaching advice. By engaging in services, you accept full responsibility for the implementation of recommendations.
